Probate involves us proving a will is valid and confirming who has the authority to distribute the estate in question among its beneficiaries. On average, probate takes six months in England, depending on the complexity of the estate, such as the tax implications involved if there is property to sell.

Rather than charging a fixed percentage of the estate value, our probate fees are calculated on a time spent basis, with an estimate of the fee given upfront, which reflects the complexity of your affairs.
